Who is behind Quote Copenhagen?

As the owner of Quote Copenhagen Aps, Hanne is responsible for the creative and visual expression. She loves colorful, unique, and authentic products in muted colors, and always designs products and combines colors and patterns that fit into the Nordic style, creating a delightful mix of the ethnic and the Nordic.

Martin joined Quote full-time in the fall of 2021 and is responsible for everything technical. He manages the webshop and our retailer platform, and is also an expert in digital marketing, customer service, and sales.

Privately, Hanne and Martin have been married since 1990, have 3 adult children, 2 wonderful grandchildren, and as of May 2022 can also call themselves grandma and grandpa.

What is Quote Copenhagen's concept?

Our mission is inspired by the positive aspects of the term “global village”. By purchasing our products, you make your awareness of the Earth’s scarce resources tangible. You also express your curiosity and respect for the craftsmanship of other cultures.

It is our goal to become your preferred supplier of natural and authentic products made on the basis of sustainable and craftsmanship production methods and materials. It is also our aim to market products that give your home, both indoors and outdoors, additional history and personality.

Delivery and Returns

What is the delivery time?

The delivery time is 2-4 business days. In Denmark, we ship with GLS to the nearest parcel shop. Abroad, we use UPS to the nearest UPS Access Point.

What does delivery cost?

EU: Order value below EUR 67,00, shipping cost is EUR 7,00. EU: Order value above EUR 67,00 is delivered free of charge.

What do I do if the product is defective or damaged in transport?

If the product is defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact Quote Copenhagen within 3 days of receiving the product and report the error via email: info@qbb.dk

How do I return my product?

You can send your order back to us without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days after you have informed us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must bear the direct costs associated with returning the product.
